Pool Rules

There has been much discussion on the sidewalks, driveways, and even around the pool concerning the new pool rules that Shawn T., the HOA President, distrivuted via flyers on mailboxes the week of 15 June.

The pool rules indicated on the flyers were:

• No Alcholic Beverages.
• No Smoking
• No Food.
• Children under Eighteen (18) must be accompanied by an adult.
• Limit the number of guests.
• Pool is open from 10:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M.
• No Glass of any kind allowed in the Pool Area.
• Keep the facilites and the pool area clean.
• Pool Gates must remain Locked at all times.
• Deposit your trash in garbage containers.
• Failure to comply with the rules will result in fines, and you would be asked to leave the premises.
